• Ground Floor: Enter through the oak door into the hallway leading to the lounge, dining room, kitchen, and study. The lounge, with a Smart TV/DVD and wireless music system, offers a cozy relaxation space with an open fire. The dining room, perfect for special occasions, seats ten and features an open fire and French chandelier. The pantry includes a Range oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and freezer. The French-styled kitchen/diner with a four-oven Aga and seating for twelve is ideal for leisurely breakfasts. A snug family room with a Smart TV/DVD and gas fire, a study with an open fire, a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shower room with WC complete the ground floor.
• First Floor: Accessed via two staircases, the bedrooms are uniquely styled with soft linens for a perfect night’s sleep.
  • Bedroom one: Four-poster super-king-size bed with en-suite bathroom (roll top bath and WC).
  • Bedroom two: Carved French double bed with en-suite bathroom (roll top bath and WC).
  • Bedroom three: Antique twin zip-and-link beds (can be a super-king-size on request).
